No. Not initially. Rhys wanted to tinker, so I gave him something to build with what he had gathered. Something we can use to help us survive.

I'm going to put it on her while she's asleep. It will either be on the wrist or on the neck. But Elizabeth has to be someone other people trust as well, someone they wouldn't vote for, someone they would want to protect.

They couldn't kill either one of you because, essentially, your lives would be linked. An increase in heart rate of one person would cause "discomfort" for the other person. We would have to show them that the next morning.
